This is the Original Mozambican ‘Galinha a Cafreal’ Marinade, the Queen of all chicken marinades.
You can make yourself the best grilled chicken (Piri Piri Chicken) at home, as good or even better than any acclaimed restaurant. No matter what you hear or read, no-one makes a better chicken marinade. We were the first in the world to open a Piri Piri Chicken restaurant and to produce marinades available to the public.
Instructions: After trimming your chicken, marinade it on both sides making sure it is well coated with the marinade on both sides and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. If you cooking small pieces of chicken, a few hours will be fine, but for a better result, specially with bone-in chicken, you’ll need to marinate overnight. Then, BBQ, Roast, stir-fry, or even casseroles or stews, you will sure be happy with your cooking skills – and your family too!
This sauce is best to marinate chickens and all white meats, but it will also taste great with any other kind of meat and vegetables.
A 250ml bottle will be sufficient to marinate 3 Kg of chicken.
